We loved the elegant lobby, rooftop pool, and fitness area - with plenty of equipment. The suite had a large shower, a separate toilet, and separate sleeping/lounging areas. The amenities were great, including a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. We also appreciated the hospitable staff.

The staff was amazing, offering excellent customer service with a smile! We received two complimentary services, which were unexpected but very appreciated. Plus, the location was perfect, with shopping malls and entertainment activities a short walk away. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a long, hot day.

The breakfast selection was limited and often repetitive, which left us wishing for more variety. Additionally, there was some construction work happening in the surrounding area, making it difficult to enjoy the views from the windows. It would have been nice to have laundry facilities on-site, rather than having to go to another hotel for this service.

The two free drinks at arrival and the complimentary breakfast were nice gestures. The rooftop pool has a good view of the city and is a nice place to relax. The hotel is located close to several restaurants and shopping centers.

The customer service was terrible. Staff members were rude and unprofessional. When we had an issue with our room, instead of finding a solution, they yelled at us across the reception desk. The valet parking was mandatory, which we found inconvenient and added an unexpected cost to our stay. our New Year experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service received.

This hotel is situated in a calm area within proximity to Ford Lauderdale. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the services provided in the room are top-notch. Guests have a variety of options for breakfast, and the meals are quite delectable. Rooms on higher floors have a breathtaking view of the surrounding areas. The hotel has different leisure facilities such as a gym, pool and more, making it the ideal hotel for budget travelers.

The elevators can be too slow at times.

My family and I recently stayed in this hotel during our city trip and we had a fantastic time. The suites were spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds that allowed us to rest properly. The hotel's restaurant has a great variety of delicious food that even my picky teenager enjoyed the most. Additionally, the shuttle service provided by the bell Services staff was complimentary and very helpful, especially Jeremy and Alvaro who went above and beyond to ensure we arrived safely at our desired destination.

Although the hotel was under construction, it did not interfere with our stay in any way, so we cannot say anything negative about it. However, we had a little issue with the supplies in our room. The first two nights, our room had extra amenities like a robe, mouthwash, cotton swabs, et cetera, while the next day had fewer amenities with only body wash and lotion. Nevertheless, it did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

Had wonderful experience, overall gorgeous place.

Breakfast is available for usd 15 per person per day. Besides, free Wi Fi is a bonus.

My stay at the Sheraton was very peaceful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and the shower was good.

The price of the bottle water was to high.

This is a very good option if you want to do some shopping at the Sawgrass Mills. It is only 10min away. Great room. Lots of space. The hotel staff is very professional and efficient. They have a garage and a great bar at the lobby. They hold packages for the guests with no extra charge (in case you need to order some stuff from Amazon and other websites). Very good price!

It took 30 minutes to check us in. We did not get what I requested e.g. 2 double beds and a crib. They only had king size bed and no crib! We had to sleep with one child in king size bed. Other couple slept on pull out sofa. Crib was delivered one hour later after many phone calls. Had 3 Bath towles in room for 6 people! The Restaurant staff was soooo inefficient that it became a joke. We had invited friends to join us for dinner. It was such an embarrassment! Never again would we stay or recommend this Hotel. The Hotel charged the full room rate at booking which I also did not appreciate.

The suite was ideal and very comfortable. < a home away from home. Really liked the kitchen area.

I thought the location was great. The staff were very friendly. The lobby and the bar area were beautiful.

The rooms really needed to be updated. Walls were marked up carpet needed to be replaced.

First hotel that is value for money

We loved the spacious room. It was comfortable and clean. What more could one ask? Location is convenient to everything from restaurants to business area of Ft. Lauderdale and beach. Family lives just 2.7 miles away in Plantation and we have friends in Davie. Very convenient.

I decided not to pay $9.95 per day for computer service and think all hotels should offer that free. My I pad and I phone, however, did work fine so it became a non-issue. However, not all have those options.

Suite was very roomy and jacuzzi was spacious and luxurious. Great value for the money.

The living space is very comfortable. it allows you to sit at a desk and work while the other person can be in bed asleep and not be disturbed.
